Flap wheel

Flap wheel are used in place of steel wire buff, longer life compared to belt sanding. Reduces the frequency of replacement. It can adapt itself to any irregular shaped surface or curved surface.

Flap disc

Flap disc are used for polishing flat surface objects to produce an even smooth surface. Particularly used for grinding of welding seams, spots and rust removal.

Non woven abrasive

A category of abrasives that serve a specialized and highly necessary function of preparing and applying the final surface finish, which can be critical to the performance and appearance of the work piece, these are non-woven abrasives. These products are manufactured using a web of nylon fibers that are bonded together with synthetic resins. The fibers are impregnated with abrasive grain, producing a durable, cushioned, three-dimensional material that is pliable and conformable to the work piece.

Cotton buff

Made from high wear resistant special cotton cloth. It is used for all purpose of polishing for both automatic and manual application.

Sisal buff

  • Pleat open sisal buff (manufactured from heavy stitched and bias cut sisal cloth, convered with cotton cloth. Used for heavy polishing cotton buff, you can get reduction for your operation cost.)
  • Open sisal buff (manufactured from high quality bias cut sisal cloth, convered with cotton cloth. It is one of the most popular sisal buff to polish all metals.)
  • Sisal bias buff (manufactured from high quality bias cut sisal cloth.With its spirally sewn, can be used for initial for steel, stainless steel or die cast.)

Emery buff

Manufactured from cotton cloth, piled up and spirally sewn. It is available in several standard densities and in almost unlimited range of diameters and face widths.
